Thank you for your interest in partnering with USFB LLC. We value relationships with reliable, safety-focused carriers and invite you to join our growing network. To become an approved carrier, you must meet our compliance and documentation requirements, including providing a valid MC/MX or DOT number (or applicable state registration for intrastate carriers), having an authorized contact who can legally bind your company, and submitting current contact information, a completed W-9 form with a valid EIN (or appropriate Canadian documentation), and a Carrier Profile Form. You must also review and electronically accept the USFB LLC Transportation Agreement. Additionally, carriers must provide a Certificate of Insurance meeting our minimum coverage standards, issued directly by your insurance provider and listing RMIS as the certificate holder.
